The pasteurized liquid egg, the egg we all know, but using our technology, we broke the egg and then the product is subjected to a pasteurization process, guaranteeing microbiological analysis of the product.  We are improving the egg in cascaron we all know, by turning it into a product of high quality and safety, it is used in industry mainly, but also can be used in our homes, freeing the waste peel and ensuring prodcuto high quality. It is important to clarify that in the case of INNOVO Egg Industries, our product is 100% natural and do not use additives or preservatives.
There are several differences, however the most important one, is that the liquid egg is a higher quality product and safe, ensuring that our prodcuto is free of bacteria that affect human health, in addition to this, of course, it can be prepared easily.
